FROM BALTIMORE, MARYLAND, AND WASHINGTON, D.C.
From I-270N take I-70W to Hancock, MD. At Hancock, take I-68W to Cumberland, MD.
At Cumberland, MD, take Route 220S through Keyser, WV until it intersects with Route
50W at New Creek, WV. Stay on Route 50W only a short distance until it junctions with
Route 93W. Follow 93W to Davis, WV.
At Davis, take Route 32S to Canaan Valley. From Davis, take Route 32 South to Canaan Valley, BLACKWATER CENTER, 1/6th mile south of Timberline Road.

FROM NORTHERN VIRGINIA
Follow I-66W to I-81S near Strasburg, VA. Follow I-81S only a short distance to the exit
for Route 55W. Stay on Route 55W through Moorefield, WV to Petersburg, WV, and on
to Harman, WV.
At Harman, take Route 32N to Canaan Valley. From Davis, take Route 32 South to Canaan Valley, BLACKWATER CENTER, 1/6th mile south of Timberline Road.

FROM RICHMOND, VIRGINIA
Take I-64W to 220N. Take Route 220N to Franklin, WV. At Franklin, take Route 33W to
Harman, WV.
At Harman, take Route 32N to Canaan Valley. If coming from the North through Davis, take Route 32 South to Canaan Valley, BLACKWATER CENTER, 1/6th mile south of Timberline Road.

Take Route 220N to Franklin, WV. At Franklin, take Route 33W to
Harman, WV.
At Harman, take Route 32N to Canaan Valley. If coming from the North through Davis, take Route 32 South to Canaan Valley, BLACKWATER CENTER, 1/6th mile south of Timberline Road.

Take I-79S to Morgantown, WV. From Morgantown, take I-68E to Route 42S at Friendsville, MD.
Follow Route 42S until it intersects with Route 219S at McHenry, MD. Stay on Route 219S through
Oakland, MD, then to Thomas, WV.
At Thomas, take Route 32S to Canaan Valley. From Davis, take Route 32 South to Canaan Valley, BLACKWATER CENTER, 1/6th mile south of Timberline Road.

Take I-79N to Route 33E at Weston, WV (Exit 99). Follow Route 33E through Elkins, to Harman, WV.
At Harman, take Route 32N to Canaan Valley.
Timberline Resort Realty is approximately 1.5 miles north of the Canaan Valley State Park entrance on the right in the Blackwater Center next to the Ski Barn.
